FAQs
Do I need a referral?
No, you do not need a referral from another professional to start under chiropractic care.
Do you accept my insurance?
We do not accept and/or bill health insurance. There are several reasons for this that directly benefit the you:
We can keep costs lower for you, as we don’t have to hire additional staff just to process claims.
Many health insurance co-pays for chiropractic care tend to be more expensive than the cost of a regular appointment, meaning that paying up front oftentimes saves you money.
Most importantly, we will not allow the insurance company to determine what kind of care you should receive. It is our position that the insurance company cannot make that determination and therefore, should not be in charge of the care that you receive.
Medicare & Medicaid note: We are not accepting new patients with Medicare or Medicaid insurance coverage at this time.
Do you accept walk-ins?
To maintain optimal flow of the office, we operate on an appointment-only basis. Check out our booking site at https://eletchiropractic.janeapp.com/ to see available times to book your appointments.
Can I GET an adjustment without A CONSULT AND EXAM?
No. You must have a consultation and examination done through ELET before scheduling an adjustment. This policy exists to benefit you, ensuring that you are getting the best care possible. There are no exceptions.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and most major credit cards. We are also able to accept most HSA/FSA cards. We do not yet accept CareCredit, but we may accept it in the future. You will be asked to put a card on file when you book your initial visit. Payment is required at the time of service.
